About Me

I'm Angel Blackwood, and I write dark fantasy. I've dabbled in something closer to high fantasy as well as science-fiction with plans to write in historical fiction/fantasy and steampunk. I've been published three times now, all in anthologies, two of which with proceeds going to charity. I'm represented by the fabulous Mark Gottlieb of Trident Media Group, and he's sent my first novel to publishers. Kindling, the aforementioned novel, is a dark fantasy with gritty violence, unique magic, slavery, rebellion, insanity, and flawed heroes.

On the more personal side, I'm an adventurous sort who loves rainy days, nature, all sorts of music (you'll see on Music Saturdays), animals of all types, and tattoos.
